The State Government has decided to regularise the illegal constructions of residential buildings with penalty for the buildings constructed 12 years ago. The penalties have also been decided and the same will be notified soon.

It is sad that people who paid so much money and bought a legal site of BBMP or BDA are thinking its a mess to follow rules and buy legal sites. regards Devansh Chaurasiya
An illegal —– will always be illegal, even though it is regularised. Let’s not lose hope in the system. There are many law abiding citizens.
