It is learnt that the Government of Karnataka has repealed Section 79A and 79B of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, thus paving the way for the easy transaction and sale of agricultural lands in karnataka without the RTC and Income Limits.
Now, anybody can buy and sell agricultural lands in karnataka. (Subject to the official confirmation soon)
The purchaser of the agricultural land need not be a FARMER OR AGRICULTURIST.
if too much of conversion into residential, or commercial or industrial will happen as per the zone than it wont be good for agriculture.. regards Devansh Chaurasiya
