IT HAS BECOME A FAD TO COME OUT WITH NEW PROJECTS AND OFFER IT EVEN BEFORE THE CONCEPTION STAGE, COLLECT MONEY AND THEN DEVELOP THE APARTMENTS AND LAYOUTS AT BANGALORE.  

THERE IS NO “FREE LUNCH”.  PRELAUNCH IS LACED WITH TOO MANY USELESS AMENITIES AND ABNORMAL CHARGES AND DELIVERABLE AT THE FANCY OF THESE DEVELOPERS AS AND WHEN THEY CAN, AS IT IS-WHERE IT IS AND AS AND WHEN IT IS COMPLETED WITH ALL TYPES OF IRREGULARITIES AND LIFE LONG LITIGATION.

CHECK THE TITLES, CHECK THE COMPLIANCE AND CHECK TAX MATTERS BEFORE ACCEPTING ANY OFFER AND PAYING “MONEY” THROUGH POST DATED CHEQUES OR EMI OR ANY OTHER MODE OF PAYMENT.

MOST OF THE PROJECTS LAUNCHED EARLIER BY SOME OF THEM IS MIRED IN CONTROVERSY AND LITIGATION, ARE TRYING TO SELL IT WITH JUST BROCHURE AND SOME WASTE PIECE OF PAPERS.

ONE SUCH, PRELAUCH, PROJECT LAUNCHED BY CREDAI BUILDER, HAD RS.XXX CRORE LOAN, (THE BUILDER IS NOT DISCLOSING THE FACT) IT IS ALLEGED,  AND THE BUILDER UNABLE AND COULD NOT DELIVER THE FULL SET OF DOCUMENTS NOR THE CLEARANCES FROM THE GOVERNMENT BODIES EVEN AFTER 6 MONTHS OF ITS LAUNCH.

PRE LAUNCH HAS BECOME A “TAMASHA”.  SOME OF THE “TAMASHA” SHOWS WHICH ARE GOING ON CAN BE SEEN AND HEARD FROM THE FREEDOM PARK AND PROTEST OF THE INVESTORS BEFORE THE OFFICES OF THESE BUILDERS, IT IS CALLED “WALKATHON”, KEEP WALKING TO THEIR OFFICES AND NO REPLY IS ASSURED FROM THEM OR VAGUE REPLY IS ASSURED.
