BETTERMENT CHARGE/IMPROVEMENT CHARGE CLARIFICATION

THE IMPROVEMENT CHARGES ARE FOR THE ENTIRE EXTENT OR FULL EXTENT OF LAND CONVERTED AS PER THE DC CONVERSION ORDER AND NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL OR BIFURCATED SITES:

THE IMPROVEMENT CHARGES AS STATED IN THE CIRCULAR IS AS UNDER:

UP TO 1200 SQUARE FEET THE CHARGE IS RS150/- PER SQUARE METER OR RS13-94 PAISE PER SQUARE FEET.

FROM 1200 SQUARE FEET UP TO 2400 SQUARE FEET THE CHARGE IS RS200/- PER SQUARE METER OR RS18-59 PAISE PER SQUARE FEET.

FROM 2400 SQUARE FEET UP TO 6000 SQUARE FEET THE CHARGE IS R300/- PER SQUARE METER OR RS27-88 PAISE PER SQUARE FEET.

FROM 6000 SQUARE FEET AND ABOVE, THE CHARGE IS RS400/- PER SQUARE METER OR RS37-18 PAISE PER SQUARE FEET.

  1. What are per square charges for the revenue to DC conversion (Residential Appartment) charges in Bangalore under bomanhalli jurisdiction. The appartment is already occupied for the last 2.5 yrs.

    This is to cross check if the builder has paid in full or partially. If partial payment was made, how much will be the fine per square fee.

  2. There is a private layout in yellow zone and there are around 60 sites(30X40) in that but the land is not DC converted. Now it is very difficult to get in touch with all sites owners(as some are NRIs) to convert this full land. Can I convert a site in DC conversion?

    Sites taken by the land owners ,are spred throughout ,how to pay for the induvisual site in such cases ,
    we hv to wait for the akrama sakrama or what ?

    sir , what about the status of akrama sakram ,? why the honourable court has not announced anything ,either next date for hearing nor the results….

      Honourable Justice.V.G.Sabhahit passed away and he was hearing the suit with Justice Sri. S.N.SATYANARAYANA, due to the sudden demise, another judge will hear the case, hence, there may be some delay.

  4. Different question: Looking at the xerox documents of a site, how can I know if its a B khata site or A khata site? Does it mean that B khata site will not have khata extract and khata certificate?

      B FORM IS NOT B KATHA.
      Consult an expert and learn how to study or to know the KATHA CERTIFICATE AND KATHA EXTRACT AND B FORM.

    If an entire layout (of DC converted sites) has to be BDA approved:
    1. Can the layout residents association take this up and pay the betterment charge for the entire layout.
    2. In case there is no residents association, how can this be done?
    3. From a particular site’s documents, is it possible to find out if the betterment charge has been paid or not for the entire layout?
