AKRAMA GETS NOTICE FROM THE HIGH COURT


THE HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA HAS ISSUED A NOTICE (TODAY) TO THE STATE GOVERNMENT ON THE AKRAMA-SAKRAMA SCHEME TO BE IMPLEMENTED AND SCHEDULED THE HEARING OF THE PETITION ON 13-05-2015.

IF THE PETITION IS NOT ALLOWED OR A STAY ORDER TO THE AMENDMENT IS NOT ISSUED, THE PLAINTIFFS MAY APPROACH THE APEX COURT.

ALL UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTIONS MIGHT NOT BE REGULARISED UNDER THIS akrama-sakrama SCHEME.

ANY BUILDING/CONSTRUCTION/STRUCTURE WHICH HAS BEEN BUILT BEYOND THE PERMISSIBLE LIMITS(50% RESIDENTIAL AND 25%COMMERCIAL) MUST BE REMOVED OR DEMOLISHED, TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REGULARISATION !!!!

 

 

UNAUTHORISED AND ILLEGAL LAYOUTS – BANGALORE NORTH AND NELAMANGALA THALUKS -DEMOLITION MAN


ILLEGAL AND UNAUTHORISED LAYOUTS WILL BE DEMOLISHED OR REMOVED AS PER THE KTCP ACT.  THESE LAYOUTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REGULARISATION UNDER AKRAMA-SAKRAMA.

THE BANGALORE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, BMICPA AND BIAPPA HAS INITIATED ACTION AGAINST ILLEGAL AND UNAUTHORISED LAYOUTS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE JURISDICTION AND HAVE ISSUED NECESSARY CIRCULARS TO THE THASILDARS TO IMMEDIATELY IDENTIFY AND DEMOLISH THESE LAYOUTS.

THE DETAILS OF THE LAYOUTS(SOME OF THEM) ALONG WITH THE SURVEY NUMBERS HAD BEEN PUBLISHED IN LEADING NEWSPAPERS BY BDA AND BMICPA.

KATHA CERTIFICATE AND KATHA EXTRACT IN THE MUNICIPAL/REVENUE RECORDS


KATHA CERTIFICATE AND KATHA EXTRACT ARE SECONDARY DOCUMENTS SIGNIFYING THE EXISTANCE OF THE PROPERTY WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE ISSUING AUTHORITY AND SOME DETAILS REGARDING THE PROPERTY STATED IN THE CERTIFICATE.

THOUGH THE DOCUMENTS ARE VERY IMPORTANT, THE MOST SIGNIFICANT FACTOR, WHICH IS THE PIVOTAL POINT IN THESE DOCUMENTS IS THE DECLARATION/SUBMISSION/DOCUMENTS/DEEDS PRESENTED TO OBTAIN IT.

IF THERE IS ANY MISREPRESENTATION OF FACTS OR FABRICATED DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED OR FALSE STATEMENTS ARE GIVEN, THE KATHA CERTIFICATE AND THE KATHA EXTRACT STANDS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.

THE POWERS TO BE, LAND MAFIA, BUILDER MAFIA, CORRUPT BABUS AND THE POLITICIANS FORMED A COTERIE, SCUTTLED THE POWERS AND THE JURISDICTION OF BMTF AND RENDERED IT TOOTHLESS,FOR THEIR BENEFIT AT THE COST OF THE COMMON MAN.

BMTF, WHICH STRUCK THE ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTIONS AND ENCROACHMENTS IN AND AROUND BANGALORE, BOOKED CASES AGAINST THE ILLEGALITIES AND IRREGULARITIES HAS TO STAY OFF FROM ARRESTING THE CULPRITS AND BOOKING THEM.

IT IS OF SERIOUS CONCERN TO THE LAW ABIDING CITIZEN AND THE HONEST BUYERS OF THE PROPERTIES.

IT IS LEARNT THAT A COMMITTEE, WITHOUT THE PARTICIPATION OF THE AFFECTED-THE COMMON MAN– FORMED TO SUGGEST/RECOMMEND WAYS AND MEANS TO TAME THE BMTF, THE COMMITTEE HEADED BY A RETIRED BUREAUCRAT SUGGESTED/RECOMMENDED TO WITHDRAW THE POWERS DELEGATED TO BMTF.
