ANY BUILDING/CONSTRUCTION/STRUCTURE WHICH HAS BEEN BUILT BEYOND THE PERMISSIBLE LIMITS(50% RESIDENTIAL AND 25%COMMERCIAL) MUST BE REMOVED OR DEMOLISHED, TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REGULARISATION !!!!

    what about sites in layouts with out approval, is this also considers in this scheme?
    In my case layout is in yellow zone, but not approved.

    1. As of now, only illegal, unauthorised and dangerous buildings and later on, all illegal things and actions will be regularised.
      We have one of the great governments in the world to legalise all illegal activities. Need not worry at all.
