There is a Strong proposal to revive the restrictions imposed on the purchase of agricultural lands by non-agriculturists in the State of Karnataka.
This proposal will impact all the Farm House sites/lands to be bought by Non-Agriculturists.
This proposal has to take the shape of legislation and must be passed in the Legislative Assembly and thereafter, it becomes the LAW.
