The property tax might be up by 20% from 1-4-2019, if the Government approves it.
Another amendment is under process to levy 100% penalty on unauthorized and buildings which have deviated from sanctioned building plan.

this is a hefty increase in tax considering BBMP is neither maintaining roads, garbage and drainage system. regards, Devansh Chaurasiya
