The National Highways Authority of India is gearing up to float a tender commencing the long-pending Expressway, this will lead to a great development on the entire stretch starting from Attibele to Chennai.
The Development is seen as a major boost for the entire southern region and as it is already the RHUR of South India, with the concentration of major IT and the property prices will rise to unexpected heights across the region.
It is said that over 90% of the lands have already been notified and in a few stretches, there are minor political complications are being set up by vested interests. It may soon be resolved.
Adding to this, the AirPort at Hosur has been permitted to begin the operations (local and domestic) soon, is a major boost for this project.
