Is it an Final hearing? is there any chances positive news?
There is NO FINAL HEARING, till adjudication. Yes. Positive News. All illegal structures and layouts must go is the requirement of the plaintiffs, whereas the Govt wants to regularise the illegality. It is like legalising the criminal acts, being contested.

It is still being heard. It is strongly contested as ÌLLEGAL`. Someday, like revenue sites, the illegal and irregular buildings, if not regularised will become unsalable.
