The High Court of Karnataka has directed the BBMP to conduct surveys and issue notices to Orion Mall, JW Marriott Hotel And ETA building in Bangalore and take appropriate action on the owners or the builder, if found to have encroached the SWD.
The High Court was hearing a PIL and disposed it off with a clear-cut direction to BBMP.
