The Government pleader has stated that there is NO PROPOSAL to clear or remove the construction in the LAKE BUFFER ZONE, the Single Bench of the Karnataka High Court was hearing a Writ Petition filed by a Builder regarding the removal or clearing or demolition of the building or structure in the LAKE BUFFER ZONE, but will definitely undertake to clear the same soon as per the NGT observation.
