HIGH PROFILE AND TOP END MALL ESCAPES ILLEGALITY AND IRREGULARITY IN SWD- SWD DIVERTED ? – CONCERTISED ? ENCROACHED ? – NO ASKER- NO TELLER – ALL SOLD – PRE LAUNCH – BUT MUST BE DEMOLISHED AT ANY COST

The mighty, rich, powerful and well connected are left out of the ENCROACHMENT DEMOLITION.

As said earlier, the legal team of the encroachers, will always be ready to wage legal battle and obtain some order and prolong the suit forever with the connivance of the concerned.

The same is the result with two topend builders, who have built bridges, parking lot, park and totally diverted and covered the RAJA KALUVE in Sajrjapur Road, Bangalore East Taluk, Bommanahally zone and Malleshwaram in West Zone (Vyalikaval).

Fabricated documents or fake documents or bogus or non existant  and prolonged legal battle fought against  totally ignorant, innocent, highly corrupt defendants  and professionals appearing for the Government Departments make things worse and the builders with loads of money and power get away with it.

In one such complex, the notorious builder has PROPOSED SWIMMING POOL IN THE STORM WATER DRAIN IN Bidarahally Hobli.  None of these builders have any legal right to construct anything or put up any structure, but have come up with FULLY CONCERTISED, DIVERTED AND ILLEGALLY OCCUPIED the Raja Kluave, Secondary Channel and territory (linking )channels.  This illegality is highly evident in Kasavanahalli area, where builders have deliberately diverted/concertised and occupied the Government lands. Most of the apartments were sold in PRE LAUNCH STAGE and the project is almost complete and attached to the lake, where there is encroachment, which is clearly earmarked by the Government in its latest SSLR MAP.  But, none of the buyers are bothered.

Hence, this project must not be allowed and Government must immediately initiate both criminal and civil proceedings and comply with NGT orders.
