MANY OF THESE PROJECTS ARE UNDER LITIGATION, AS THERE ARE NO STAY OR INJUNCTION ORDERS, IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND OUT WHETHER THERE ARE OTHER CLAIMANTS OR LEGAL HEIRS OR OWNERS.

TO OBTAIN PERMISSIONS, LICENSES, NOC AND CONSENTS, MANY FACTS ARE TWISTED OR MISREPRESENTED TO THE AUTHORITIES LIKE BESCOM, BWSSB, AAI, BSNL, KSPCB, BDA, BMRDA, VP, GSI, AND FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES.  

BESCOM DEPOSIT IS VERY NEGLIGIBLE AND BWSSB DEPOSIT ACTUALLY COSTS AROUND FEW THOUSANDS PER APARTMENT, BUT LAKHS OF RUPEES COLLECTED IN THE NAME OF THESE DEPOSITS.  THE BUILDERS/DEVELOPERS HAVE FIXED THE TARIFF FOR THESE FACILITIES ALL BY THEMSELVES AND ACCORDINGLY, THE DEPOSITS ARE COLLECTED.

VAT IS COLLECTED WITHOUT ISSUING PROPER BILLS AND THE AMOUNT COLLECTED IS NOT PROPERLY DEPOSITED OR PAID TO THE COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT.

SERVICE TAX IS BIFURCATED FOR THE SALE OF LAND AND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION.

FAR THEFT IS COMMON.
