THE AKRAMA – SAKRAMA OR AMENDMENT TO THE KTCP ACT, WHICH IS CHALLENGED AND IS BEING HEARD IN THE HIGH COURT OF KARNATKA IS SCHEDULED FOR TOMORROW AND THE GOVERNMENT IS KEEN ON FINDING A SOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE AND MIGHT SUBMIT ITS NEW AVATAAR TO THIS FAMOUS AKARMA-SAKRAMA BEFORE THE COURT TO GAIN MAXIMUM BENEFIT, BEFORE THE GENERAL ELECTIONS.
Does this include residential layouts formed on revenue land (that is agricultural land without conversion to ‘residential land’ status)? Or is it only for deviation/violation in construction of houses and buildings?
THE RULES ARE BEING FRAMED FOR URBAN AKARAMA-SAKRAMA. If it is in the GREEN BELT, it will not be regularised.

Thanks. I was referring to a layout that was formed several years ago on agricultural land and is now within one of the new BBMP wards. I have a plot there but have not constructed a house. Wanted to know if the proposed rules will help regularise this.
If it is in GREEN BELT, even, if it is in BBMP jurisdiction, it will not be regularised.
