FORM NO.9, FORM NO.10 AND PROPERTIES IN CMC AREAS MUST HAVE INDIVIDUAL KATHA AND KATHA EXTRACT (CLEARLY STATING THE EXTENT)AND NOT THE SURVEY NUMBERS. THE SITE MEASUREMENT MUST BE MENTIONED IN SQUARE FEET. SUCH PROPERTIES MIGHT PAY THE IMPROVEMENT CHARGES AND OBTAIN KATHA.
BUT MORE DETAILS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND ARE TRYING TO OBTAIN THE DETAILS FROM DC REVENUE IN FEW DAYS.

Yes. You must submit all the documents for the payment of betterment charges and to get the katha.
If it is unapproved, you cannot pay the charges and get katha, wait for akrama-sakrama.

I am planning to buy a flat in an apartment. The flat is having ‘B’ katha. But the land is having ‘A’ katha and the landlord have paid all betterment charges and taxes. So my lawyer saying with those documents if I go to BBMP office, I can get ‘A’ Katha easily.. Is that possible ??
Most of the banks are not approving loans for ‘B’ Katha property. So I am plannning to convert it to ‘A’ katha before registration.

Why do you worry. Take photocopies of all the copies of your document to the ARO of your jurisdiction and make an application in writing, if your property entries are there, then, the betterment will be accepted or it will be rejected. If it is rejected, wait for akrama-sakrama as your property is in AKRAMA status.
