2). KALATHAMMANAHALLI     :432 ACRES.

3). GUNIAGRAHARA                          :300 ACRES.

4). KEMPAPURA                                    :75 ACRES.

C). YELAHANKA HOBLI, BANGALORE NORTH(NORTH ADDITIONAL)TALUK, BANGALORE URBAN DISTRICT:

    My site was under DR.SHIVARAMA KARANTH LAYOUT PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION QUASHED BY THE HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA”

    Yelahanka Sub-Register office while registering my site they have mentioned as Gramatana Site. Also in my recent 3 years computerized tax paid receipt PID no & Khatha number is showing.
    Should I go for e-khatha for my site , e-khatha is required? , If it is necessary how to apply e-khatha on line. Please advise sir,

    Shivarama Karanth Layout PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION QUASHED BY THE HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA on September 2015.

    Is BDA is going to appeal in Supreme Court for Shivarama Karanth Layout . Can i construct house the land was notified by BDA (preliminary notification) was issued. But in panchayat limits

    I am planning to purchase a site at Doddabettahalli. Which was notified by BDA for proposed Shivaramakaranth layout.

    Please let me know if it is safe to buy now. Please Advice sir
