BDA SITES – HSR LAYOUT – WATCH OUT – CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY – SALE DEEDS OF THE site No 384, 385 and 386 in HSR IInd sector and site No 130/A, 131/A, 184/A1,  and 196/B, stands cancelled.


The value of the sites is estimated to be around Rs36 Crores!!!!

        A complaint had been lodged with the Seshadripuram Police Station by the BDA against a first division assistant working with the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) and three touts and an FIR filed against them for allegedly trying to gulp nine prime sites measuring 50×80 in HSR Layout.
       BDA’s deputy secretary-1 Shivaswami has filed an FIR with the Sheshadripuram police on the directions of the  BDA commissioner. The FIR has been filed against Suryanarayana, Yeshwanth and Guru, and BDA employee GL Madhusoodan, for forging an original file and creating a duplicate file to grab nine prime sites in HSR Layout. The incident came into light after Suryanarayana, Yeshwanth and Guru grabbed allotment letters pertaining to site No. 384, 385 and 386 in HSR IInd sector and site No 130/A, 131/A, 184/A1, 196/B, 1107/E and 1107/F in sector No III. Further, the accused obtained registered sale deeds of the site except site No 1107/E and 1107/F, to show sale transactions.

       According to the complaint filed by the deputy secretary, BDA found that sites No 384, 385 and 386 in HSR sector II and site No 196/B in sector III were registered in the names of M Munikrishna and were sold to PS Asha, Savitramma, Lalitha, Manjunath Shetty and Prabhakar Shetty, respectively.

The BDA Commissioner Sri.Sham Bhat cancelled the “sale” of the above seven sites after BDA’s legal advisor recommended the same on February 27, 2015. During the investigation, it was also found that the official, Madhusoodan, along with the touts had stolen the documents from the file belonging to one Lakshmidevi.

IN A HIGH PROFILE CASE AT A POSH LOCATION IN KORAMANGALA, A NRI (KNOWS ABOUT THE ILLEGALITY AND FAKE DOCUMENTS), HAS BOUGHT A PROPERTY IN PUBLIC AUCTION BY (THIS BANK SANCTIONS ALL KINDS OF LOAN AND MOST OF IT FOR ILLEGAL AND UNAUTHORISED BUILDINGS ONLY) XXXX BANK, THOUGH THE TITLES ARE NOT GOOD AND THE NOTORIOUS NRI DELIBERATELY BOUGHT AND WAS TRYING TO SELL AND BY THIS TIME, HE WOULD HAVE SOLD AND REPATRIATED THE AMOUNT TO U.S.A.

IN ANOTHER NOTORIOUS INCIDENT, LAST MONTH, A LEADING BANK, ADVERTISED E-AUCTION IN THE NEWS PAPERS ABOUT AN APARTMENT IN AN APARTMENT BLOCK, WHICH WAS ACQUIRED BY BDA AND THE FINAL NOTIFICATION WAS COMPLETED AND WAS NOT DENOTIFIED EVEN UNDER THE RE-DO SCHEME, AT RACHENAHALLY VILLAGE, BANGALORE EAST TALUK.

A COMPLAINT WAS LODGED WITH THE BANK AND THE BDA.

IN ANOTHER CASE, AT HRBR LAYOUT, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX BANK HAD SANCTIONED RS60,00,000/- HOME LOAN, THE BUYER IS ANOTHER NRI, TRIED TO SELL WELL BUILT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY WITH BBMP KATHA, THROUGH A GPA, IT WAS ACQUIRED BY BDA LONG BACK BY BDA. AFTER SEVERAL YEARS, THE BDA BROUGHT THE BULLDOZER TO DEMOLISH, THEN THE BUYER WOKE UP AND FIGHTING A LOOSING BATTLE WITH BDA. THE SELLER HAS EASILY POCKETED THE MONEY.

BDA TAKES POSSESSION OF NOTIFIED PROPERTIES IN BHOOPASANDRA


BDA HAD NOTIFIED SEVERAL SURVEY NUMBER XX PROPERTIES IN BHOOPASANDRA AND THE ISSUE WAS PENDING FOR A LONG TIME, THE OFFICIALS TOOK POSSESSION OF THE ACQUIRED PROPERTY WORTH AROUND RS70 CRORES.  IT IS ALSO SAID THAT MANY PROPERTIES WHICH HAD BEEN NOTIFIED IN AREAS LIKE HBR LAYOUT, HRBR, ARKAVATHY AND OTHER LAYOUTS, WHERE THE LANDS WERE ENCROACHED BY CRIMINAL ELEMENTS AND LAND MAFIA, WILL BE CLEARED VERY SOON. IN THESE AREAS, BASED ON WRONG DECLARATIONS AND MISREPRESENTATION OF FACTS, THE BBMP HAS ISSUED KATHAS AND MANY BANKS HAVE ALSO SANCTIONED HOME LOANS, WITHOUT EVEN VERIFYING THE DETAILS, SUCH PROPERTIES, EVEN THOUGH WITH BBMP KATHA AND BANK LOANS IS THE PROPERTY OF BDA AND IN SOME CASES BELONGS TO GOVERNMENT AND KHB.

THERE ARE PROPERTIES WORTH OVER FEW HUNDRED CRORES WHICH HAD BEEN NOTIFIED AND REWARD HAD BEEN AWARDED TO THE ORIGINAL LAND LORDS, WHICH ARE STILL IN THE POSSESSION OF ILLEGAL OCCUPANTS CLAIMING TO HAVE SALE DEEDS, FORM NO-9, FORM NO.10, BUILDING PLANS, PANCHAYAT APPROVAL AND WORSE-DC CONVERSION COPIES IN BDA AREAS AROUND BANGALORE.
