The High Court of Karnataka has directed the State Government NOT to register the sale of sites formed in agricultural land in the year 2005 and many xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx have been selling this type of properties to innocent buyers with fake or forged or manipulated documents.

The purchasers of this type of property can initiate both civil and criminal proceedings against the sellers and the agents for the recovery of their hard-earned money. But, it is a long process involving expenditure.
