In a continued hearing on the illegal construction by a leading builder in the kaikondarahally lake buffer zone, the Government Advocate did not appear before the Court and the Court slammed the state government towards the non appearance and non compliance of its earlier order and has ordered the BDA, BWSSB and other bodies to appear and submit the relevant documents.
Buyers are advised to restrain from entering or buying or making payment or making any type of commitments for this type of projects, even though, the builder promises that everything will be put in place and might be a leading builder.
