It is learnt from reliable sources that the Government of Karnataka is considering a proposal to reduce or review or revise the GUIDANCE VALUE OF PROPERTIES OR THE MINIMUM REGISTRATION VALUE OF PROPERTIES and it may be in the range of 0% to 20% and it might come into effect from April, 2017.

Some of the property experts predict that the revised guidance value may come into effect from February, 2017 to garner more stampduty.
