The Prime Minister has stated that his next TARGET is BENAMI PROPERTIES, for which some investigation has already completed.
This investigation may bring some changes in the demand and supply of properties across the country and the prices might go down.
As of now, the demonitisation is slowly taking its toll in the real estate market. The prices are going up only in the internet and on all the advertisements.
In fact, the prices are crumbling and it is said that by the end of 2016, there will be 1,00,000 apartments in Bangalore alone would be available or un occupied or unsold.
