The BDA is allotting 5000 sites in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout, which is located amidst Bangalore South and North Taluk, of which 2,500 sites are for special category and 2,500 sites are for the common man or general category.
The BDA has already sold over 40,000 applications and expecting around 1,00,000 applications.
The allotment will be done on the seniority basis. (Number of attempts).
Many touts are promising that they will help them/get a site allotted to them and are collecting money. It is not possible.
There are other few conditions that the applicants must comply with, which the applicants are not aware. Due to non compliance or violation or misrepresentation of facts or fake annexures, the amount paid may be forfeited or frozen by the BDA.

Is it worth buying under loan here. only 2000 sites available under 30×40 dimension @ 2000rs/sqft and Today demand might be there, because it is the last layout. It will be well planned because its being formed now. But future will there be growth? People are buying @ 1000 to 1200 Rs/Sq ft near Airport Devanahalli side. Also 1000 Acre Aerospace Hub SEZ is notified there at devanahalli. There is nothing notified on this side. No IT hub, nothing. Also December End is deadline. How many months will take to allot site (if not when they will return money), Initial Deposit money (Interest free for BDA). Is it worth?
Yes. Anyday, it is a good decision buy. But, borrowing is your decision. First check your eligibility, seniority and number of attempts. There are over 20,000 application for 2000 sites alone and most of them with 6 attempts.(20 years – waiting period)
