Sites and Vacant Plots – to be sold by the developers only after 100% development

The Government of Karnataka has proposed that all the new layouts, which are being developed or will be developed in the state must have 100% infrastructure before being permitted to be sold.

The earlier procedure which permitted the sale of 40% of the undeveloped sites or vacant plots or villas has been done with as many developers and builders sold 40%, 60% and the remaining without the release order, thus the buyer had been put into inconvenience, in order to bring upon a planned development, the Government has scrapped this system.
