The errant Sobha Developers have been fined for spoiling the road of about Rs 2 lakh for damaging St Mark’s Road, by BBMP, which was recently developed.
The BBMP has alleged that the developer damaged the modernised St Mark’s Road opposite Koshy’s while carrying out construction activity on a site there.
The action was initiated after Wadia Techno Engineering Services Limited submitted a report on the damaged road recently.
