The High Court bench has initiated the contempt proceedings against Sri.Hiremutt, who was against the illegal and irregular sale of the industrial land in Survey No.42, Pattandur Agrahara to Prestige Builders by Joy Ice Cream ( Now Defunct), had issued a press statement about the adverse (improper) investigation and misleading submission of the suit details by the concerned.
Some of his statements in the press did not go well with the judge and threatened him with action.
But, Sri.Hiremutt stood his ground and a notice was issued to him and the court adjourned the case to 5th, November, 2015.
