The Fire and Emergency Services department has directed the BESCOM and BWSSB to stop the power and water supply to the NON COMPLYING errant apartment complex in bangalore around 139 buildings, in lieu with the High Court Directives and the State Government New circular regarding the safety of the buildings.
It has also been noticed that many of the apartments, after obtaining the NOC and OC, have totally changed the structure and the internal walls etc, which will be treated as default and action might be initiated.
It has come to the notice of the Government that many of the apartments in Bangalore have made additional constructions and modified the structure and such changes or modifications without appropriate approval will be demolished or removed.
