THE CONDITION NEED NOT BE MENTIONED OR STATED OR WRITTEN AT ALL, IT IS IMPLIED AND WHEN THE COMPANY APPROACHED THE KIADB, IT IS CRYSTAL CLEAR THAT IT MUST BE AND IT WILL BE UTILISED ONLY FOR INDUSTRIAL USE.
