The District Administration has cleared the encroachment at Banaswadi lake bed, deliberately leaving behind the rich and mighty owners in HRBR layout – alleged to have encroached by BDA and a layout is formed –  A discrimination noticed ? Why?

During the demolition drive at Sarakki, mighty and rich with powerful connections brought in legal impediments and stopped the demolition of the RICH.  It is alleged that fake documents, wrong survey numbers, misleading statements and facts represented before the authorities made them to escape the dragnet.  But, the district administration might have contested by submitting the authentic and genuine documents before the court, stalling the encroachers from obtaining the stay order. But, failed to do so.  Ultimately, the poor and the weak had been thrown out without mercy.

It is alleged that A 50 Acres Dollars colony, (lingannana kere) in bangalore south has come up on the dry lake and was allotted to the rich, powerful, mighty and well connected people.  A thorough examination of the relevant survey documents, revenue documents and the Government/BDA orders must be examined and action must be initiated against all those involved in this scam.

The group headed by the Veteran Freedom Fighter Sri.Doreswamy Iyangar, who is spearheading the war against the illegal occupants and encroachers of the Government land has met the Lok Ayukta Sri.Bhaskar Rao and submitted a petition against all illegal occupancy, citing several encroachments by politically powerful persona and PURAVANKARA Builders.(3 cases of encroachment).

It has become an habit of some of the builders to deliberately encroach and occupy Government lands and declare themselves as the greatest sons of HONESTY, approach the courts and prolong the litigation to prove that they have clear titles and the innocent buyers are trapped in this vicious cycle.  These notorious builders also create few groups in the apartment complex, where, one group formed by these builders always support the builders cause and create ripples among a decent community.
