THE QUESTION OF GETTING THE ILLEGALITIES REGULARISED APPEARS TO BE VERY DIM. EVEN, IF THE HIGH COURT GIVES GREEN SIGNAL, THE SUBJECT WILL SNOWBALL AT THE SUPREME COURT.
AKRAMA IS A NEVER ENDING STORY.

eventually bangalore is the loser. if sakram scheme would have come in 2007 and the government would have stopped further illegal contructions, bangalore would have been much better place. however, in the last 8 years, the number of such constuctions are so much that they are in lakhs. If this schemee does not go through, in the next couple of years, the number of illegal properties will be greater than legal ones
You are under wrong impression and conception. Bangalore is not the looser.
All violators/deviators must be punished, is the reason behind the court petition. The offenders/violators/deviators enjoy the benefits at the COST OF OTHERS. (Honest Tax Payers money is used to provide benefits to the offenders/violators/deviators). Let violators build, very soon, there will be no power and water for illegal buildings and most important the sewage will not be allowed in the communal drain. Wait and Watch.
