The AG must file an affidavit and the future course of action will be decided by the court.

My concern is really Akrama sakrama will come to effect??? because High court may not give its approval for the same.

Akrama sakrama must be one time.ie.time bond.If it is revised & introduced every year saying that Govt.gets extra income then no meaning in it.
In one of the neighbouring state this ONE TIME has been multiplied by many times. No body can do anything about it as long as there is EXPLOSION OF HUMAN POPULATION in India. EVEN GOD CANNOT SAVE THIS COUNTRY. A leading builder is selling the apartments in bangalore south, thousands of apartments with unlawful and illegal occupancy certificate and registering the same and the FRAUD Bankers (bribe eaters) sanction loan and the all the buyers know about the illegality in this project. They have sold thousands on fake document.
The buyers are not at all bothered about it and only `CAMPA COLA` type operation will teach them a lesson.
