BIG GUYS (BUSINESSMEN-EMPLOYEE OF A COMPANY)BOUGHT THE PROPERTY,hence, EVERYTHING IS RIGHT?

OBTAINED KATHA BY MISREPRESENTATION OF FACTS, SO EVERYTHING IS RIGHT AND LEGITIMATE?

ILLEGALLY CONSTRUCTED SOMETHING THERE( ENCROACHED PUBLIC PROPERTY), SO IT IS RIGHT AND LEGITIMATE?

BECAUSE THE BUILDER IS BIG, EVERYTHING IS RIGHT AND LEGITIMATE?

JUST BECAUSE, BORROWED MONEY, EVERYTHING IS RIGHT AND LEGITIMATE?(BECAUSE YOU HAD NO MONEY AND SOME WANTED TO SAVE TAX, BORROWED) HENCE, EVERYTHING IS RIGHT AND LEGITIMATE.

THE APEX COURT OF INDIA REMANDED A BUSINESSMEN TO TIHAR JAIL FOR AN OFFENSE, ILLEGALITIES AND NON-COMPLIANCE OF ITS ORDERS !!!!!!

  1. I think the government is at fault…for the properties demolished, they have Occupancy Certificate also…how can an illegal property gets an OC? There is no proper inspection done by BBMP during plan approval and project progress? If there is deviation and encroachment who has given OC and Katha? Officials are busy in eating up the poor citizens money as BRIBE…Whom we can trust? why only the poor buyers suffers…WHY NOT THE CULPRIT OFFICIALS ARE NOT PUNISHED….THEY SHOULD BE DISMISSED FROM SERVICE…no wonder Karnataka is No 1 in corruption!!!!

    1. Ignorance of law is no excuse?
      The DC conversion, plan approval and katha is issued on the documents furnished by the builder and it is issued on the condition that all the documents and their contents are authentic, genuine and true. The DC conversion order, bbmp plan and subsequent katha orders VERY CLEARLY STATE THAT, IF THERE ARE ANY UNTRUE OR MISREPRESENTATION OR FAKE OR TAMPERED OR DUPLICATE representations are made or submitted, in such an event, all the licenses and approvals STANDS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED, EVEN WITHOUT ISSUING A NOTICE ON THE BASIS OF FALSE INFORMATION.
      BUYING IT BLINDLY WILL HAVE ITS OWN ADVERSE EFFECTS.
