The IGR, Karnataka, has issued a circular dated 15-02-2014, DIRECTING all the Sub-Registrars to strictly follow, comply  and enforce the recent direction in respect of the registering the Gramathana/Panchayat sites with form no.9 and form no.11 with statutory and genuine forms only and STRICT orders were issued not to entertain or register (bogus) green colour forms without the STATE SECURITY SEAL, REFERENCE AND APPROVAL FROM THE PDO (E- KATHA) and the registrations of this type of properties, which were illegally being done has come to a standstill.

THOSE BUYERS, WHO HAVE BOUGHT THIS TYPE OF PROPERTIES ARE LEFT IN THE LURCH.

This circular is applicable only to villages and properties, where there is a planning authority set up by the state.
