They are the only people who do their duty perfectly without cast difference Our politicians know every year Monsoon starts and water logging and flood These people never take any precautions and never takes action to clean the gutters and remove debris which will be lying months long before rain starts These people criticize each other and hook or cook they are trying to clinch the power Lastly poor slum dwellers and low lying area people suffer
