Dear Sir,
The Circular issued by the Commissioner, BBMP directs the revenue authorities to STOP the collection of Improvement charges/Betterment charges as per the court order, pending further directives, and katha may be transferred, bifurcated and amalgamated without contravening any of the provisions of the ACT with an undertaking from the applicant regarding the payment of the charges, as and when it is levied.
