AVAILING HOME LOAN FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY, DOES NOT CONFER ANY RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST AND IS NOT A VALID GROUND TO OBTAIN ANY RELIEF FROM THE COURT.
