RECENTLY, IN BANGALORE NORTH, THE VILLAGERS (LOCALITES) LODGED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THE ASSOCIATION AND BOOKED THEM UNDER CRPC FOR BLOCKING THE ROADS.

    Please publish a detailed article on GATED COMMUNITIES. I have been cheated by the developer and the association has got all northies, (dangerous guys) coming here, settling here and enjoying our land, air, water and everything and demand the best and that is why local them. They deserve it.

    It is an apartment in bannergatta road and none of them are localites and they want all our benefits at our money. We have decided that all gates must be opened and remain open. Tehse guys tried to play mischief even in sarjapur road(haralur road) the local and others teached them good lesson. So, all the locals must take strong action on these gates and their associations. The police must open the gates and if they resist put them in jail.(gated community)

  4. Hi Sir,
    recently i have noticed that a clubhouse is becoming a part of every gated community. The developer has built few rooms and planning to run a hotel sort of biz. What are the rights of the community living there? Does this clubhouse inside the layout belong to the villa owners?

    1. Dear Sir,
      The JV or the sale agreement or the sale deed must be examined to find out whether these club houses is a part of such villas. Generally, the club houses are maintained by the owners associations and every property owner will have uds in the clubhouse, but not in all.
