Apart from providing legal opinion, it is an additional responsibility and the duty of the professional to suggest the safe place or the location for buying a property, but, it is always overlooked and the marketing agencies and the sellers are busy selling their properties, without any thought about the future consequences due to illegal layouts, unauthorised constructions and Illegal buildings.
