A committee formed by the Government has decided to recommend to DO AWAY WITH THE NOTORIOUS B KATHA in the BBMP. The report may be submitted soon. The Government must take appropriate measures to STOP ISSUING the B Katha, in BBMP limits.
This might put an end to property documents illegality and to a certain extent violation and deviation.
A group of residents are demanding that the Registration of Properties without Katha or with B katha must be STOPPED. This might take some time.
