The BBMP has revised the property taxes after a very long time and it has been notified.  There are major changes in the classification.  Click on the link to check the status.

It has been found that the average increase in the property tax is 20% for residential properties and 25% for the commercial properties.

The actual increase is in the range of 40% to 120%, depending upon the zonal classification and the 2014 guidance values.
