  1. will the panchayat approved layout plots in revenue land – no DC conversion [inside village and in yellow zone] be regularized with this scheme? If yes, what could be the charges for 1200 sft plot?

    1. Yes. Subject to eligibility conditions.

  2. What are the setback norms for 20×30 site. My residence is G+2 with no set backs. Can it be regularised under this scheme if implemented?

    1. May be!! If it falls within the parameters !!!

      1. based on the parameters, i think the hand money ( bribe) will increase! 🙂

      2. Is there any doubt about it?

  3. In our apartment, the builder has constructed house in basement which is a violation. For this reason the deviation becomes 60%. If the basement house was not there, the deviation would have been less than 10%. Now will the other residents pay for this in Akrama-Sakrama (if enacted) in monetary terms / cutting off of water / electricity? Or will only the basement owner is affected?

    1. The parameters are set, remove it (demolish the additional construction) and regularise it.

  4. Will the panchayat site (B Khata) with non-DC conversion and building (G+1) underconstruction be regularized? Any update on the cut-off time?

    1. Only for the buildings constructed up to 19-12-2013 only, check your eligibility.

  5. Is it applicable only to building? How about vacant revenue sites?

    1. BOTH

  6. After the regularization, how can we know it is a regularized building/plot? Do we get A Kathata/OC etc based of the regularization?

    1. WAIT, NO HURRY, Let this scheme pass the test from the High Court of Karnataka.
How can a Government utilise the honest citizen`s tax money for the deviators, violators and illegal and unauthorised activities?

  7. Sir, When and where can i apply for regularization ? Or as you said above need to wait for court Order ? And when is that going to happen ?

    1. The Govt has to submit an affidavit to the court and convince the court about all the issues and vacate the stay, thereafter, you can submit your application at the jurisdictional office, which will be intimated and will be given wide publicity, because, they need money both fee and etc etc etc.
Affidavit may be filed by feb and if it is successful, then, immediately, they will advertise and print the application. The application form is already notified.
