The Supreme Court had stayed the demolition of flats at the Campa Cola complex in Mumbai on last Tuesday.

IN A STERN WARNING, THE APEX COURT has asked residents of Mumbai’s Campa Cola society to give an undertaking that they will vacate the premises by May 31, 2014. The SC has given the direction that action will be taken against the residents who do not give an undertaking within 6 weeks.

The apex court has given BMC the authority to demolish the flats if the residents do not vacate the flats by May 31, 2014.
