THE GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA HAS COME OUT WITH A NOVEL SCHEME WITH ALL RELEVANT DETAILS OF THE GRAMATHANA PROPERTIES UNDER THE VILLAGE PANCHAYAT JURISDICTION AND KATHA OR E-FORMS OR COMPUTER GENERATED FORM NO.9 AND FORM NO.11 IS BEING ISSUED TO ALL GENUINE PROPERTIES.

THE GRAMATHANA SITES CANNOT BE SOLD WITHOUT THE GENUINE, E- KATHA OR FORM NO.9 AND FORM NO.11 AS THE GOVERNMENT HAS MADE THE SUBMISSION OF THESE FORMS MANDATORY FOR REGISTRATION.

  1. Does this mean all the gramthan sites haveing Form 9 and Form 11 are legal/valid ?

    1. Only Genuine properties within gramathana limits(boundary) is Valid and not all. More than 75% are illegal and not valid.

  5. Hello, I bought a gram panchayat site from a layout which was DC converted in 2004. I am the second owner of the site after the layout formation. The site was registered in my name in jan-2014 and a manual Khata transfered to my name. I constructed my home on the site in 2015 and staying since then. Gram panchayat is now refusing to issue me e-khata since the site was registered after june-2013. Is there any such restriction on e-khata registeration based on when the property was registered? My neighbours in the same layout have the manual khata converted to e-khata as they has registered their sites much before 2013.

      1. Genuine Gramathana sites within the periphery of village limits as per the revenue map are eligible to get E Katha. 90% of other types of panchayat or gramathana sites may not be eligible for Katha as they are illegal. This is the resolution.

  6. from which web site we can get this form9 and 11..who can guide us to pay our tax bcoz when I check which the gram panchayat office at doddanagamangla.bangalore. Mr.Hanumanthappa. is showing negligence and he is not ready to collect tax from us. he is postponing our schedules. do you have a grievance cell to help us
