The RDPR Department of Karnataka has issued a circular recently to obtain the COMPUTER GENERATED FORM NO.9 OR KATHA TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION IN THE OFFICE OF THE SUB – REGISTRAR from the concerned VP Offices.
Earlier Form No.9 and Form No.11 were to be submitted at the time of registration.
Form-9 is document issued by Grama Panchayat for non-agricultural properties in its jurisdiction as per Karnataka Panchayat Raj,contains the assessment list of building and lands liable to taxation. |

Form-11 is document issued by Grama Panchayat for non-agricultural properties in its jurisdiction as per Karnataka Panchayat and Form-11 register is also called as Register of Demand, Collection and Balance of land and building. |
The Government of Karnataka has made submission of these documents MANDATORY at the time of registration of properties in karantaka on 30-06-2009 and the recent circular has made these documents a DUD.
