BMRDA SITES AND IMPORTANT CONDITIONS ON WHICH THE APPROVALS ARE ISSUED

 THE BMRDA APPROVAL IS BASED ON THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED AND REPRESENTATIONS MADE AND CLARIFICATIONS SUBMITTED.  ANY FALSE/FAKE/DEFECTIVE/ILLEGAL/WRONG DECLARATION AND LITIGATION FOUND ON THE SCHEDULE PROPERTY AS WELL AS THE OWNER/DEVELOPER, THE AUTHORITY HAS POWERS TO CANCEL THE APPROVAL ISSUED AND INITIATE APPROPRIATE PROCEEDINGS.  BMRDA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ILLEGAL ACTS OF THE SELLER/DEVELOPER/ OWNER REGARDING THE LAYOUT ISSUES.
THE BMRDA IS THE PLANNING AUTHORITY, WHICH HAS POWERS TO APPROVE PRIVATE LAYOUTS IN THE OUTSKIRTS OF BANGALORE AND POWERS TO SUPERVISE THE SAME. THERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT CONDITIONS AND OBSERVATIONS ARE MADE AND ISSUED TO THE APPLICANTS OF THE LAYOUTS.
MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL:
1). BMRDA ISSUES THE APPROVAL ON TECHNICAL GROUNDS ONLY.
2). BMRDA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL, ANY AND EVERY TYPE OF CIVIL OR CRIMINAL LITIGATION ON THE SCHEDULE PROPERTY FOR WHICH THE APPROVAL HAS BEEN ISSUED.
3).BMRDA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE APPROVAL, IF ANY DISCREPANCY/FAKE/DEFECTIVE DOCUMENTS/FALSE DECLARATIONS/VIOLATIONS FOUND IN THE SUBMISSIONS AND THE SAID APPROVAL GETS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
