What We do!!!!!!

We scrutinize and examine the property documents submitted/furnished to us and verify the important documents at the concerned offices,(if available and if permitted) and provide a report on the property (Titles)documents.(legal Opinion) and provide the following services:

1).  Inspect and measure (conduct survey in case of large holdings) the sites, buildings and estates.

2).  Conduct the Statutory Valuation of the Properties(Residential, Industrial and Commercial)

3).  Liaise with BDA/BMRDA/BBMP/KSPCB/BMRDA/Commercial Taxes/Income Tax and all state and central Government offices to submit the application, process them and obtain the permissions, licenses, grants and approvals on behalf of our clients.

4). File the monthly statutory returns to KSPCB(monitoring reports), VAT returns to Commercial tax department and Annual financial return to Income tax and Service tax departments.

5). Assist and help the clients to get the property katha in BDA and BBMP limits (bulk sites or layouts or bulk apartments only)

6). Pay taxes and betterment charges to the properties.(Layouts, multiple sites, multiple apartments Only)

7). Manage the commercial properties.

8). Procure/obtain all certified copies related to properties and conduct the examination.

9). Procure/Obtain/Get the village map, survey sketch, Hissa tippany, tippany, akarbandh, Phodi, Hudbust, Phodi Prathi, RR, ILR, RR Balabagada nakalu, Grant Certificate, Saguvali Chit, Hiduvali Certificate, NOC under 79A and 79B, PTCL, U/s.48, 7 & 7A, Certified copies of the documents.

10). DC Conversion of properties.

A giant ship engine failed. The ship's owners tried one expert after another, but none of them could figure but how to fix the engine.Then they brought in an old man who had been fixing ships since he was a young. He carried a large bag of tools with him, and when he arrived, he immediately went to work. He inspected the engine very carefully, top to bottom.

Two of the ship's owners were there, watching this man, hoping he would know what to do. After looking things over, the old man reached into his bag and pulled out a small hammer. He gently tapped something. Instantly, the engine lurched into life. He carefully put his hammer away. The engine was fixed! A week later, the owners received a bill from the old man for ten
thousand dollars.

"What?!" the owners exclaimed. "He hardly did anything!"

So they wrote the old man a note saying, "Please send us an itemized
bill."

The man sent a bill that read:

Tapping with a hammer...... ......... ........ $ 2.00
Knowing where to tap.......... ......... ...... $ 9, 998.00
